Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at zorasjewelry@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain jewelry items, mainly piercings and earrings, as well as other accessories intended for personal wear.

We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized products, sale items, or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding an exchange. If your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please note that hygiene-related restrictions may still apply to certain products.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
